The Italian Concierge is run by Joyce Falcone, a passionate traveler who personally guides you through your travel program. Begun in 1997, The Italian Concierge, Inc. is now celebrating our tenth year of exclusively Italian travel service. As a level two destination specialist designated by The Travel Institute, Joyce's past experiences have enabled her to act as liaison and translator between our two cultures.
Italy is the culmination of many diverse peoples; invaders, raiders, and indigenous tribes, who together have influenced her architecture, cuisine and language. One can return time and again to the same piazza, and view a different perspective every time. I have spent over a decade exploring only Italy, and most of the travel has been on foot, I have not tired from her sites yet. Our mission is to provide guests with a high quality authentic Italian experience. Our itineraries are of a cultural, artistic, and/or gastronomic interest, and that are "off the typical tourist route", and are selected to show you the distinct differences that each region has to offer. Please join me as I continue to explore the uniqueness of each region in Italy.
The Italian Concierge is a boutique travel company which specializes in travel arrangements for individuals and is a tour operator for small groups. We are an IATA approved tour operator, and are also AIG insured.
Our mission statement: To provide guests with a quality program which is an authentic Italian experience; to visit areas within Italy which are of a cultural, artistic or gastronomic interest and that are "Off the typical tourist track". A great trip means that all the components worked together to meet your expectations. Leadership knowledgeable hosts, Hospitality-great hotels, Culinary-great food.
We take great pride in our hotel selections; we only utilize those hotels which are smaller in size, and have been chosen for their historic quality, uniqueness, finesse, location and charm. The restaurants are carefully selected to reflect authentic regional cuisine, with attention to the freshest ingredients, many are often a part of the Slow Food movement or are Top Tables in Italy.
